• BOOTH DETAILS– Every standard booth is 10’x10′ and includes a covered, skirted table and 2 chairs. The table dimensions are 8 feet long by 2 feet deep.  Standard 10×10 booths have an 8′ draped wall at the back and 3′ draped sides.  The drape color for the 2024 expo is tba.  NOTE: If you do not need a table and/or chairs, please note as such on your registration.
• Extra Tables and Chairs: Additional 8′ skirted tables are $35 each and folding chairs are $8 each.  Deadline to order with payment is December 31, 2025 – Orders are closed!.  Payment can be sent at time of registration or we can send an invoice.  Please email glpedirector@gmail.com to order or with questions.
• BOOTH UTILITIES:
  • Electricity and other booth services should be ordered directly through Wisconsin Exposition Center’s Event Services. Click Here for Event Services  or contact them 414.266.7300 or eventservices@wistatefair.com.
  • WIFI – is available through the Wisconsin Expo Center at no charge.
• BOOTH DECORATIONS: Standard 10×10 booths are constructed of pipe (8′ high in the back and 3′ high on sides) banners can be hung on the pipe frame.  Common ways to secure banners are with zip ties, bungee cords or string.  Exhibitors are welcome to bring in additional tables, display stands, etc. as long as it all fits within the purchased space.  Exhibitors that have items outside their booth space will be asked to reposition. 
• EXHBIITOR MOVE IN AND TEAR DOWN:
  • Move-In Friday: 5:00PM-8:30PM.  The A & B Hall loading docks on the east side of the building and also through the west public entrance. Security will direct traffic.  Free parking for all.  Vehicles will be allowed up to the doors for unloading only and must be removed ASAP to keep traffic moving.  Thank you!
  • Move-In Saturday: 6:30AM – 8:30AM and Show Hours are 9AM – 5PM: VIP Shopping begins at 9AM with General Admission at 10AM.  You must come through the Vendor Loading Area (Halls A & B) only, on the east side of the Wisconsin Exposition Center.
  • Complimentary hand trucks will be available on a first come, first serve basis. Remember to be courteous to fellow exhibitors and unload promptly and return the cart to the loading area.
  • Expo Exhibitor’s booth contents MUST be loaded in by 8am and booths set up by 8:30am on 2/7/26.
  • Tear Down: Move out begins at 5pm through the A & B Hall loading docks on the east side of the building as well as the West Entrance.  If you anticipate it will take you longer than 2 hours to move out, please email glpedirector@gmail.com. Early tear down is NOT permitted. If you tear down early, you will not be invited to next year’s show. Please be courteous to customers attending the show later in the day.  A limited amount of carts will be available at 5PM to assist with move out.  Please use them quickly and return to the building so that others can use them.  Vehicles will be allowed up to the doors for loading only and must be removed ASAP to keep traffic moving.  This can be a chaotic time, so please make sure animals are leashed/contained so that all are safe. 
• FACILITY RESTRICTIONS – Beverages, Food, Balloons and CBD Products:
  • Human Food and Beverage are not allowed to be brought in or sold without the expressed written consent of Wisconsin State Fair Park.  This includes candy bars, suckers or other snack foods. All REQUESTS for approval, must be made directly with the Wisconsin State Fair Park.
  • Balloons: No helium balloons are allowed.
  • CBD Products: Please review and understand Wisconsin State Fair Park’s policy on CBD products. Any vendor at the expo not complying with their policy will be asked to leave. This is not AWARE or Pet Expo MKE’s policy, so please direct questions to the Wisconsin State Fair Park.

• EXHIBITOR PARKING:
  • Entry: Enter the Wisconsin Expo Grounds using GATE 1 (79th & Greenfield Avenue). Halls A and B are located to the north and center of the building.  ARRIVE EARLY if setting up on Saturday.  Typically, there are long lines to unload and parking spots are available on a first come first serve basis.  If you arrive late, you may have to park farther away from the facility.  You can always unload your exhibit first and park afterward.
  • Parking Fee: Passes purchased at the gate on Saturday will be at the standard rate of $10. Exhibitor parking is located behind the exhibit hall loading dock and will be manned by a parking attendant on Saturday morning beginning sometime before the start of the expo. This fee is non-negotiable by the Wisconsin Expo Center. There is plenty of complimentary parking outside of the State Fair grounds on 84th Street to the west, as well as south of Greenfield Avenue. Reminder: Exhibitors should enter the Wisconsin Expo Grounds using GATE 1.

• WristbandVendor/Exhibitor Access – NEW FOR 2026: All vendor personnel will require a wristband for entry.
  • Non-Profit Vendors: 6 wristbands will be included with each non-profit vendor registration, and will be sent via USPS to the contact and address on the registration application prior to the expo. The vendor will be responsible for distributing the wristbands to their staff/volunteers.
  • For-profit Vendors: 4 wristbands will be included with each for-profit vendor registration, and will be sent via USPS to the contact and address on the registration application prior to the expo. The vendor will be responsible for distributing the wristbands to their staff/volunteers.
  • Additional Wristbands Available: Vendors can purchase additional wristbands for $3 each for staff/volunteers working in their booths. There are two ways to purchase:
    • Order via email from Beth at glpedirector@gmail.com. Please include the number of wristbands needed and whether you would like the them mailed via USPS or pick them up at at Exhibitor Will Call during move-in on expo weekend. An electronic invoice will be sent to collect payment.
    • Purchase at the Exhibitor Entrance during move-in or during the expo. The Exhibitor Entrance is located in the Dock area on the east side of the WI Exposition Center.  No discounts will be given through the public entrance.
• EXHIBITOR COMPANION REQUIREMENTS AND ENTRANCE:  A companion animal pass MUST be presented for all vendor animals entering the expo.
  • Print the Pet Expo MKE Companion Animal Pass. One pass is valid for multiple companion animals and must be presented when entering via the Vendor Entry. During check in at the Vendor Entry, animals will be given a collar band to wear during the expo. The public’s personal pets are not allowed at the expo, so it is important that we have exhibitor’s animals easily identified. Thank you for your help and understanding!
  • Please instruct volunteers/staff arriving throughout the day that companion animals may only be brought in through the Vendor Entrance – Loading/Unloading area on the east side of the facility.
  • No exhibitor companion animals will be allowed in the Public Entrance, front halls, where consumers are purchasing tickets.
  • Please use discretion when deciding what animal to bring.  Aggression of any type will not be tolerated.  Animals must be in good health and free of fleas and parasites.  We reserve the right to ask an exhibitor to remove their animal.
  • No ex-pens unless they can fit comfortably within your booth. An ex-pen can be best accommodated with a double booth.
  • No puppies less than 8 weeks (12 weeks strongly encouraged) old.   You may be asked to show proof of age and vaccination history for puppies.  Be prepared to do this.
  • No females in heat.
  • FYI – The public’s personal pets are not allowed at Pet Expo MKE. Service animals specifically trained to aid a person with a disability are welcome.
• INCREASE YOUR ORGANIZATION’S EXPOSURE:
  • Vendor Offer Tables: Tables will be positioned inside each of the public entrances (West and North). All vendors are encouraged to bring advertising to be displayed. Examples are flyers, brochures, coupons, business cards, small samples, etc.  Vendors are responsible for placing the items on the tables at both entrances during set-up.  Provide 1 or 2000, it’s up to you!  Please make sure to stop back at the end of the expo to collect remaining items.  Items left will be disposed of.
  • Pet Expo MKE Product Showcase and Auction: If you have a product or service that you would like to donate to the auction, we would greatly appreciate it! Click Here for the donation form. Thank you in advance for your support!
  • Rescue Romp in the Bark Park: Let your foster dogs stretch their legs and meet visitors! 45 Minute reservations in the fenced Bark Park are available on a first come, first serve basis for rescues and shelters. A PA system is available, to talk to the crowd about your adoptables. Email Us Today for Availability!
  • PARADE OF RESCUES: Rescues and shelters, enter your adoptables in the Parade of Rescues at 12:00pm on the Main Stage.  The entry form will be available here prior to the expo. Hang out after your turn and meet potential adopters.  It’s an easy, extra promo for your rescue or shelter and ultimately the pet.  Extra entry forms available at the Show Office and must be turned in by 11AM on 2/7. • Vendor List Sale Scam: ‘businesses’ have contacted registered exhibitors in past years, asking if they would like to purchase past expo Vendor Lists and try to offer booth supplies.  This is a scam.
