The Alliance of Wisconsin Animal Rehoming Efforts will be celebrating its 20th exposition on Saturday, February 1, 2025 at the Wisconsin Exposition Center at State Fair Park. Our charitable expo welcomes 1,000s of visitors annually, to experience 143,000 square feet of pet loving shopping and services, entertainment, educational experiences, and some of Wisconsin’s cutest adoptables.  This is the largest fundraising event for animals produced in southeast Wisconsin.  Proceeds will benefit Wisconsin’s homeless pet population.

Review Before Registering

  • 2024 VENDORS: IF YOU PREREGISTERED AT THE 2024 EXPO, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH YOUR BALANCE DUE AND NEXT STEPS IN THE MAY 2024 TIME FRAME.
  • The 2025 Pet Expo MKE Floorplan is TBA. Booths highlighted in YELLOW ARE AVAILABLE. Registration requires you to note first, second and third choices for booth space.
  • 2024 Booth Pricing – Every standard booth is 10’x10′ and includes a covered, skirted table and 2 chairs. NOTE: If you do not need a table and/or chairs, please note as such on your registration.

  • ATTENTION CBD VENDORS!!  As noted by the Wisconsin State Fair Park!!  Please read their policy HERE before registering.  Any vendor at the expo not complying with their policy will be asked to leave. This is not an AWARE or Pet Expo MKE’s policy so please direct questions to the Wisconsin State Fair Park’s Event Services Department.
  • To apply for booth space, complete the booth application online below.  You do not need to print and mail in the application if you complete and submit the application online below.  A confirmation email will be sent to the email address that is included with the registration.
  • Payment Options:
  • Check – Make payable to: AWARE.  Mail to Beth Enneking/Expo Director, W222N8208 Plainview Pkwy, Sussex, WI  53089.  No checks will be accepted after 1/4/2024.
  • PayPal – Accepted up until date of show! Please send funds to [email protected].  Please include your organization name when sending.
  • Credit Card – Accepted up until date of show! Please request an Electronic Invoice by emailing [email protected]
  • Booth spaces will be assigned and posted to the List of Exhibitors on www.petexpomke.com, only after FULL payment is received. The Expo Team reserves the right to reassign booth space based on show needs. Exhibitors that have paid in full by January 10, 2024 will be included in the printed program.
  • The number of pet treat vendors will be limited based on final show size.  We further reserve the right to refuse applications. No refunds for space.
  • Exhibitor Move-In: Friday night, 5:00PM – 8:30PM and Saturday morning, 6:30AM – 8:30AM.  Show begins at 9AM!
  • Vendor/Exhibitor Access: Vendors and their staff entering via the Exhibitor Entry by 9:00AM on the day of the expo will enter at no charge.  After 9:00AM, vendors/exhibitors will be given an entrance ticket for $3.00 (66% discount).  There are no physical tickets or wristbands.  Hand stamps will be issued for in and out access.  The discounted entrance is only available through the Exhibitor Entrance via the Dock area on the east side of the WI Exposition Center.  Sorry, no discounts will be given through the public entrance.
  • Rescues must show a relationship with a local humane society whereby you are actively pulling animals from the facility.   Pet Expo MKE’s producer is the Alliance of Wisconsin Animal Rehoming Efforts (AWARE).  Because of AWARE’s Mission, it is important that exhibiting rescues and shelters directly support homeless companion animals in Wisconsin.  Therefore, for exhibitor reference purposes, we require the names and contact information of two Wisconsin shelters from which the rescue pulls and rehomes animals.  At application time, information can be sent to [email protected].  More information about AWARE can be found at www.awarewisconsin.com. 
  • Pet Expo MKE is a fundraiser produced to provide assistance to and promote adoption of animals in the State of Wisconsin.
