Pet Lovers, this is for You!

Wisconsin’s furriest, feathered, scaled, and whiskered residents are waiting to meet you at Pet Expo MKE on Saturday, February 6, 2027, at the Wisconsin Exposition Center at State Fair Park in West Allis, Wisconsin. The Alliance of Wisconsin Animal Rehoming Efforts (AWARE) is proud to present the 22nd annual Pet Expo MKE, a one of a kind celebration for animal lovers of all ages .

The day begins with a special VIP Shopping Hour from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM, followed by general admission from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. As Southeast Wisconsin’s largest charitable pet event, Pet Expo MKE brings together thousands of animal enthusiasts while raising support for Wisconsin’s homeless pet population.

Whether you’re hoping to cuddle kittens, meet rabbits and guinea pigs, marvel at exotic reptiles, or connect with your next best friend in the Parade of Rescues, there’s something for everyone. From family entertainment and hands on experiences to unique shopping opportunities, Pet Expo MKE truly offers the best in show.

Spanning more than 140,000 square feet, the expo features hundreds of exhibitors, exciting live demonstrations, captivating animal performances, educational presentations, and the latest products and services for pets and their people. Cheer on local athletes as they compete alongside canine agility stars, and meet hundreds of adoptable animals from shelters and rescues across the region.

Brave visitors can explore the ever popular Reptile Education Area, where snakes, lizards, spiders, and other fascinating creatures provide thrills and learning opportunities for all ages. Additional featured attractions include Birds! Birds! Birds!, Caesar’s Cancer Resource Center, Cat Alley, Bark Park, Dogs with Jobs, the Wildlife Education Area, Kids Place, and the Small Animal Education Station.

Before you leave, be sure to visit the Product Showcase and Silent Auction, where you’ll discover innovative pet products, connect with vendors, and help support Wisconsin’s homeless pets through your participation.

Due to the large crowds, personal pets are not allowed. Service animals specifically trained to aid a person with a disability are welcome.
